Ingredients
  

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 g cornstarch
  • 30 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk

  • 1 air fryer

Notes

1. Add the separated egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and milk.
2. Beat the egg yolks and mix until they turn golden brown.
3. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Stir until thickened.
4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
5. Place in an air fryer. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes.
6. Done!
