Instructions
First, combine the salt and cornstarch on a plate and mix well.
Next, place the oysters on the same plate and gently rub them with your hands. Coat them evenly with the salt and cornstarch mixture in the plate.
Fill a bowl with clean water and transfer the oysters from the plate to the bowl. Gently rub them with your hands to clean them, then discard the water. Repeat this step three times to thoroughly remove any dirt or bacteria from the oysters.

Place the oysters, washed using the cleaning method just mentioned, on a paper towel to absorb any excess water. Next, pour an appropriate amount of cornstarch onto a plate and place the oysters on the plate to coat them with a thin layer of cornstarch.
