
Creamy Mushroom Soup

Cut the bacon into small pieces. Cut the button mushrooms and onion into small pieces. Heat a pan, add a little oil and sauté the bacon until fragrant. Add the onion and button mushrooms, and sauté until just cooked. Add the shrimp and sauté until fragrant. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Melt 20g of butter over low heat. Add 12g of flour and stir until combined. Add 250g of water and bring to a boil. Add 100g of heavy cream. Add the sautéed ingredients (mentioned above), then add the diced carrots and corn kernels. Stir-fry until cooked through, then season with sea salt and black pepper.
