Steps

  • 1. Soak the tofu skin in clean water and 15g of salt for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Drain the water. Pat dry with paper towels.
  • 3. Cut the tofu skin vertically into strips, then horizontally into small, even pieces, about 1.5 cm in size.
  • 4. Place in the air fryer. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Done! Sprinkle with cumin powder or pepper salt.
