Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then use a pan to shape the egg and wrap the apples.

- First, cut the apples into thin strips like this.
- Prepare 3-4 eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
- Over low heat, add the egg whites to the pan.
- Spread the apple strips evenly.
- Once the strips are formed, roll up the egg whites and set aside.
- Add the egg yolks.
- After the yolks have set, roll them up and cover the egg whites.
