How can you restore an apple’s color after it’s oxidized and discolored? Here’s a simple method.
After cutting an apple, the flesh, once exposed to air, begins to oxidize the polyphenols within. If you don’t eat the apple quickly, the flesh will gradually turn brown. Even if the apple has oxidized and discolored, it only takes 10 minutes to restore the flesh to its original color!

Testing process and method:
First, wash the apples and cut them into pieces as desired, with or without the skin.
Next, place the uneaten apples directly into a bowl and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. The flesh will have browned.
Finally, pour 100% orange juice into the bowl and let the apples soak in the juice.
After 10 minutes, the flesh will return to its original color!
Orange and apples complement each other perfectly, and apples soaked in 100% orange juice are delicious. You can also drink the orange juice after soaking the apples. 100% orange juice is rich in vitamin C, which can help reduce the browning that occurs during the oxidation process of the apples!
