1. Slice the potatoes and carrots, then steam them with 2 eggs for about 15 minutes. 2. Remove the heads and shells from the shrimp, devein them, and slice them. 3. Cook the shrimp in boiling water until cooked through, then remove them from the water. 4. Place the steamed potatoes, carrots, and eggs from step 1 in a bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper, and mash into a puree. 5. Add lettuce, shrimp, and salad dressing, and mix well. Done!
