Crispy Egg Double-Skin Milk
This is a dish I came up with by accident. I originally wanted to make a baked milk and egg cake. After I finished it, I tried it. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It's so delicious, definitely worth a try!

Steps: 1. Place eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and milk in a cast iron pot. 2. Stir thoroughly until the eggs are fully dispersed and the liquid turns yellow. 3. Simmer over low heat for 8 minutes. Stir constantly while cooking to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning. 4. After 8 minutes, the liquid should have mostly solidified into a jelly-like consistency. Freeze in the freezer for 5 minutes. 5. Place ingredients in the air fryer and fry at 160°C for 20 minutes. 6. Done.
