Baked tender chicken with salsa sauce

Baked tender chicken with salsa sauce & parsley

Parsley is a very versatile herb, capable of blending the various flavors of a dish.

Basically, it goes well with most ingredients, such as pasta, vegetables, meats, seafood, and salads. It’s also great added to soups or used in sauces with other seasonings.

If you’ve eaten strong-smelling foods like garlic and have bad breath, you can chew on a slice of raw parsley to eliminate the unpleasant odor.

To maintain its beautiful color, it’s best to add parsley towards the end of the cooking process.

Curly-leaf parsley, due to its cute appearance, is often used as a garnish after cooking, enhancing the color, aroma, and flavor of the dish. Below are some recipes using parsley; please try them out.
