Baked tender chicken with salsa sauce

Parsley is usually chopped and used in cooking, or it can be mixed with breadcrumbs to make a parsley topping, adding aroma to dishes.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Chicken breast
  • as needed Assorted shredded cheese
  • 30 g Breadcrumbs
  • a little Parsley leaves
Marinade
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Basil leaves
  • as needed Parsley

Notes

1. Marinate chicken breast in the marinade for 30 minutes (except for the salsa).
2. Pan-fry until golden brown and about 80% cooked.
3. Mix shredded cheese, half of the breadcrumbs, and parsley leaves.
4. Place the pan-fried chicken breast at the bottom of the pan. Top with the remaining breadcrumbs.
5. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) for 10 minutes, then bake for about 10 minutes until crispy and fragrant.
6. Plate the chicken breast, drizzle with salsa, and sprinkle with parsley for added aroma.
