Preserved Radish Omelette is a classic Teochew snack, often eaten with porridge. Preserved radish is pickled white radish, which has a salty flavor and can be soaked in water before use. Preserved radish and eggs are fried to create preserved radish omelette.

Step 1: Chop the preserved radish into small pieces. Step 2: Whisk the eggs. Step 3: Heat oil. Add the preserved radish and fry until fragrant and darken. Be careful not to burn it. Flip frequently. Step 4: Add the egg mixture. Spread the egg evenly over the preserved radish in a circular pattern. Step 5: Flip and fry for 10 seconds. Done
