Step 1: Chop the preserved radish into small pieces.
Step 2: Whisk the eggs.
Step 3: Heat oil. Add the preserved radish and fry until fragrant and darken. Be careful not to burn it. Flip frequently.
Step 4: Add the egg mixture. Spread the egg evenly over the preserved radish in a circular pattern.
Step 5: Flip and fry for 10 seconds.
