1. Cut off the top 1cm of the pumpkin, create a hole, and hollow out the inside.2. Air fry the pumpkin at 180°C for 5 minutes.3. Combine the eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and milk in a bowl. Whisk until a yolk mixture forms. Add to a pan and cook over medium-low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.4. Pour the thickened ingredients from step 3 into the roasted pumpkin.5. Air fry the pumpkin at 180°C for 25 minutes.6. Done!
