- 1 Pumpkin
- 20 g Cornstarch
- 10 g Sugar
- 80 g Milk
- 2 egg
Steps
1. Cut off the top 1cm of the pumpkin, create a hole, and hollow out the inside.
2. Air fry the pumpkin at 180°C for 5 minutes.
3. Combine the eggs, sugar, cornstarch, and milk in a bowl. Whisk until a yolk mixture forms. Add to a pan and cook over medium-low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Pour the thickened ingredients from step 3 into the roasted pumpkin.
5. Air fry the pumpkin at 180°C for 25 minutes.
6. Done!
