Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Lotus root
  • 200 g Corn
  • 200 g Bean curd sheets
  • 50 g Sesame paste
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 30 g Hot pot base
  • 800 ml Water
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 150 g Meatballs
  • 200 g Noodles
  • 100 g Green vegetables

Notes

1. Slice the lotus root, cut the corn into small pieces, and cut the bean curd sheets into strips.
2. Dilute the sesame paste with warm water, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp sugar, and mix well.
3. Add the hot pot base and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Pour in half a pot of water (about 800ml), add 500ml of milk, bring to a boil, and then remove the solids.
5. Add the meatballs and vegetables that take longer to cook, and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add the noodles and cook until they separate, add the green vegetables, and pour over the sauce from step 2.
