Scallion oil noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Beef
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 10 g Scallions (cut into sections)
  • 150 g Shrimp
  • 50 g Onion
  • 50 g Green and red bell peppers
sauce
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 250 g noodle

Notes

1. Place the beef in a bowl, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp cooking oil, and 1 tbsp pepper.
Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add scallion sections, and fry until dry. Remove and set aside.
3. Add the sauce: 8 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 10g sugar. Heat until bubbling.
4. Stir-fry the shrimp until cooked and set aside.
5. In a separate pan, stir-fry the marinated beef until cooked.
6. Add onion and green and red bell peppers and sauté until fragrant.
7. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder, and 1 tablespoon of pepper.
8. Stir-fry until cooked, then add the beef and shrimp and stir-fry evenly.
9. Cook the noodles until done, then drain and mix with scallion oil.
10. Add the beef, shrimp, and other ingredients, and it’s ready to eat!
