  • 1 apple
  • 300 g glutinous rice flour
  • 30 g shredded coconut

Notes

Steps:

1. Cut the apples into even pieces.
2. Coat evenly with glutinous rice flour.
3. Heat peanut oil in a frying pan.
4. Deep-fry the apples for 5 minutes, turning them frequently.
5. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
6. Enjoy!
