- First, rinse the soybeans thoroughly and place them in a cast iron pot. Bring to a boil.
- Chop the pork into minced meat. Add soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch and mix well.
- Rinse the bitter melon. Cut it horizontally into 3-5cm pieces.
- Hollow out the bitter melon. Wash it. Stuff it with the marinated minced pork.
- Place the pork-stuffed bitter melon in the cast iron pot and cook it with the soybeans.
- Simmer for one hour. If the water level is low, add boiling water.
