1. Cut 1.5cm off the top of the pumpkin.2. Cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin and hollow it out.3. Place the pumpkin in an air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.4. Combine the eggs, cornstarch, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Stir until golden brown.5. Add to the roasted pumpkin.6. Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 25 minutes.7. Done!
