- 1 pumpkin
- 2 egg
- 30 g cornstarch
- 100 g milk
- 10 g sugar
Steps
1. Cut 1.5cm off the top of the pumpkin.
2. Cut a hole in the top of the pumpkin and hollow it out.
3. Place the pumpkin in an air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
4. Combine the eggs, cornstarch, sugar, and milk in a bowl. Stir until golden brown.
5. Add to the roasted pumpkin.
6. Place in the air fryer at 180°C for 25 minutes.
7. Done!
