1. Mix shrimp paste and corn kernels until smooth.
2. Melt butter, add minced garlic and chopped parsley, and mix well. Set aside.
3. Cut the cheese slice in half.
4. Trim the edges of one slice of toast.
5. Place the cheese slice and shrimp paste on the toast.
6. Cover the toast diagonally and secure with toothpicks.
7. Spread the butter and garlic sauce from step 2 on the surface of the toast.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or in an air fryer at 170°C for 10 minutes.
