- 150 g chives
- 5 pieces fermented tofu
- 3 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
Instruction
- Wash the chives, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
- Dry-fry the white sesame seeds and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, until the sesame seeds turn slightly brown.
- Crush the toasted white sesame seeds, Sichuan peppercorns, fermented tofu, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a blender.
- After removing the chive sauce, add more soy sauce to taste.
