Chive Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g chives
  • 5 pieces fermented tofu
  • 3 tablespoon white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Instruction

  • Wash the chives, cut into small pieces, and set aside.
  • Dry-fry the white sesame seeds and Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant, until the sesame seeds turn slightly brown.
  • Crush the toasted white sesame seeds, Sichuan peppercorns, fermented tofu, sesame oil, and soy sauce in a blender.
  • After removing the chive sauce, add more soy sauce to taste.
