1. Heat oil in a clay pot and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add hot pot base and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add half a pot of boiling water, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon aged vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, ½ tablespoon sugar.
4. Add salted egg yolk shrimp balls, fish skin shrimp rolls, hot pot fried dough sticks, enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, kelp strips, and potato noodles.
5. Cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.
