Coconut + Egg-Wrapped Apple

Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple
  • 30 g shredded coconut
  • 3 eggs

Instrution
 
  • Chop the apple into thin, even strips
  • Prepare three eggs and separate the yolks from the whites
  • Spray a frying pan with peanut oil
  • Heat the oil, add the egg whites and spread evenly over the pan. Place the apples on top.
  • Once the egg whites are set, roll them up to wrap around the apples.
  • Add the egg yolks and, just as they are about to set, roll them up to wrap around the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with shredded coconut and enjoy!
