1. Slice the potatoes and steam until cooked.
2. Drain and mash into mashed potatoes.
3. Add sea salt, black pepper, and 50g cornstarch (adjust according to the moisture content of the potatoes; add more if the potatoes are watery).
4. Knead into a dough.
5. Divide into 20g pieces and shape into rectangles.
6. Brush each piece with oil, score with a fork, and air fry at 180°C for 20 minutes.
7. Serve with tomato sauce!
