Ingredients
  

  • 90 g Smoked salmon
  • 20 g Capers
  • 1 Lemon
  • a little Lemon zest
  • 3 slices French bread
  • 1 stalk American Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Notes

Drizzle a little lemon juice over the salmon fillets, roll them up to form a rose shape.
Sprinkle with capers and lemon zest.
Put all the avocado sauce ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Place the avocado sauce in the center of a plate, then place the smoked salmon in the center. Serve with French bread.
