Garlic and Salt & Pepper Ribs

Garlic and salt-and-pepper spare ribs – super easy to make at home in an air fryer, no deep-frying and healthier! Simply marinate the ribs, then air fry them and you're done! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, easily falling off the bone, and bursting with spicy flavor! Give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pork ribs
  • as needed cornstarch
  • ginger slices
  • minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • sea salt and pepper

Notes

Clean the ribs: Add cornstarch and water, and rinse the ribs several times.
Pad them dry with kitchen paper.
Add ginger slices, minced garlic, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp cornstarch, sea salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for half an hour.
Place the marinated ribs in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 25 minutes.
