Notes
1. Wash the chicken wings and pat dry.
2. Prick holes in the chicken wings with a bamboo skewer to allow the sauce to penetrate.
3. Add: ginger slices + 1 tbsp cooking wine + 2 tbsp light soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + Haiyan black pepper. Wearing gloves, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
4. Coat both sides of the chicken wings with cornstarch and let sit for 5 minutes.
5. Pour plenty of oil into a pan and heat it. Add the chicken wings.
6. Pan-fry over medium-low heat for 6 minutes on each side, then flip.
7. Remove the chicken wings and set aside.
8. Melt butter over low heat and add minced garlic.
9. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir-fry until small bubbles appear.
10. Add the chicken wings back in, flip them over, and coat them with the sauce.
