Honey Garlic Salmon

A simple and easy-to-make salmon dish, boneless and perfect for children.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fillet Salmon
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • To taste Salt

Notes

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice together beforehand.
  • Cut a piece of salmon into small pieces and sprinkle with a little salt.
  • Pan-fry the salmon until fragrant, then flip and add minced garlic, sautéing briefly.
  • Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
    (Lemon slices are mainly for decoration; adding them is optional.)
