- 1 fillet Salmon
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- To taste Salt
- Mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice together beforehand.
- Cut a piece of salmon into small pieces and sprinkle with a little salt.
- Pan-fry the salmon until fragrant, then flip and add minced garlic, sautéing briefly.
- Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
