Making potato chips with air fryer

Potato chips are a delicious snack. However, those on a diet often shy away from them. Traditionally, deep-frying them in a large amount of oil is incredibly caloric. Using an air fryer is a different story. You can definitely learn this recipe. It's incredibly simple.

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g potatoes
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 6 g salt
  • Certain Tomato sauce

Equipment

  • 1 air fryer

Notes

Step 1: Peel the potatoes and cut them into even pieces.
Step 2: Add cornstarch, salt, and water and marinate the potatoes for 10 minutes until they are al dente.
Step 3: Place in the air fryer. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Done. Add tomato sauce. Let cool slightly before serving.
