Step 1: Peel the potatoes and cut them into even pieces.
Step 2: Add cornstarch, salt, and water and marinate the potatoes for 10 minutes until they are al dente.
Step 3: Place in the air fryer. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Done. Add tomato sauce. Let cool slightly before serving.
