  • 1 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate

Notes

  • First, make the salad dressing. Combine the honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl and mix well. After peeling the oranges and grapefruit, cut the flesh into small chunks or slices and set aside.
  • Place lettuce in a large salad bowl, add the sliced ​​oranges and grapefruit, then add the red onion, pistachios, and pomegranates.
