Pan-fried chicken legs with lemon

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 10 g sea salt and black pepper
  • 100 g onion
  • 30 g minced garlic
  • 50 g lemon
  • as needed Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • as needed Chili peppers
  • as needed cilantro

Notes

1. Cut the chicken drumsticks into small pieces.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces with 2 tbsp light soy sauce + 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 1 tbsp cornstarch + sea salt and black pepper.
3. Chop the onion into small pieces and slice the lemon, removing the seeds.
4. Heat a pan, add the chicken, and pan-fry over medium heat until slightly browned. Flip and fry until both sides are slightly browned. Remove from the pan.
5. Sauté the minced garlic and onion until fragrant. Add the chicken pieces, 1/2 tbsp sugar, lemon, chili peppers, and cilantro. Stir-fry evenly.
6. Cook for 3 minutes and it's done!
