Heat a pan with a little oil.
Add 200g of minced pork and pan-fry until cooked through.
Stir-fry until slightly browned and fragrant.
Leave space in the center of the minced pork and crack 3 eggs into the pan.
Fry until the egg whites are set and slightly browned.
Pour in the prepared sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in 2 tbsp cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Place on top of rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
