- 2 bowl White rice
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Shredded salmon
- 1 stalk Green onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- a half Onion
- To taste Salt
- To taste Freshly ground black pepper
- Beat the eggs until fluffy, then heat a pan, add the beaten eggs, and stir-fry until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
- Using the remaining oil in the pan (add more if needed), add the minced salmon and stir-fry until it changes color. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add a suitable amount of oil, sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the chopped scallions and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry evenly. Then add the eggs and salmon and stir-fry together. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined. The dish is now ready.
