Salmon Fried Rice

Shred the salmon meat and stir-fry it with onions, scallions, eggs, and other ingredients to make a delicious and quick fried rice.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bowl White rice
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Shredded salmon
  • 1 stalk Green onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • a half Onion
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Freshly ground black pepper

Notes

  • Beat the eggs until fluffy, then heat a pan, add the beaten eggs, and stir-fry until golden brown and fragrant. Set aside.
  • Using the remaining oil in the pan (add more if needed), add the minced salmon and stir-fry until it changes color. Set aside.
  • In the same pan, add a suitable amount of oil, sauté the onions until fragrant, then add the chopped scallions and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry evenly. Then add the eggs and salmon and stir-fry together. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined. The dish is now ready.
