- 1 (whole) Fish
- A small amount Ginger
- Appropriate amount Scallions/Onions
- A small amount Garlic
- 2 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Black vinegar
- Wash and dry the fish. Wash and finely chop the scallions, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat a pan, then fry or deep-fry the fish until golden brown. Remove from the pan.
- Sauté the chopped ginger, scallions, and garlic in the pan until fragrant. Add tomato sauce, white vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and a little water or rice wine, and cook until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the fried fish.
